M2M devices search issue in PRS portal

M2M devices were not coming up in search window of PRS portal. Users were unable to get the M2M devices in PRS portal. Exact time happened as follows:
1st occurrence start: 10:42 AM IST
1st occurrence end: 3:25 PM IST
1st occurrence duration: 4:43 hrs

2nd occurrence start: 7:13 PM IST
2nd occurrence end: 7:45 PM IST
2nd occurrence duration: 32 mins
