Our team identified and began monitoring a service disruption affecting the Vault Broker service in the US‑East Production region. The appropriate teams were engaged and immediately began investigating and working toward remediation.

Our Infrastructure team continues active investigation. We have identified a backend connectivity issue and are working to restore normal service operations. This issue is being treated as a priority, and we will provide the next update as soon as meaningful progress is made.
